To qualify, the boiler must be registered within 30 days, the Benchmark Commissioning Checklist completed and an annual service carried out.

All of our warranties are backed by Baxi Customer Support, our award winning service division, and a nationwide network of our own fully trained Baxi engineers.

Need to make an In-Warranty call out?

Next day call out from Baxi Customer Support for Members and Associates - we guarantee next day call out (dependant on time and date of call, see below) for breakdowns of registered boilers or cylinders for appliances off* within warranty

- call before 3pm (Monday to Friday) engineer visit next working day

- call before 3pm on Friday, engineer visit on Saturday

- call before 12noon on Saturday, engineer visit on Monday

- call before 12noon on Sunday, engineer visit on Monday

Non-urgent faults call before 3pm (Monday - Friday), engineer visit three working day response

If we can't repair on first visit, complete repair within 3 working days of initial call out (subject to availability of parts)

* 'appliance off' means a boiler that is not producing heating or hot water, or leaks gas or water


Same day call out from Baxi Customer Support for Baxi Approved Installers - we offer same day call out (dependant on time and date of call, see below) for breakdowns of registered boilers or cylinders for appliances off* within warranty

- call before 10am (Monday to Friday) engineer visit same working day

- call between 10am and 5pm (Monday to Friday) , engineer visit next working day

- call before 10am on Saturday, endeavour engineer visit same day

- call between 10am and 12noon on Saturday, engineer visit on Monday

- call before 12noon on Sunday, engineer visit on Monday
