Save time and hassle with priority call out from Baxi Customer Support. We recognise how valuable your time is, and if something does go wrong, we help put your customers first.

We offer an engineer to come the next day (for members and associates) or the same day (for Baxi Approved Installers) for in-warranty boilers and cylinders that are not producing heat and hot water.




Prioritising you

 

When you join Works, you will be given a priority phone number for Baxi Customer Support, knowing that you can speak to us quickly when you need to.

  1. Same day call out - Baxi Approved Installers can request an engineer to visit that day for in-warranty boilers and cylinders*
  2. Next day call out - Works members and associates can request an engineer to visit the next day for in-warranty boilers and cylinders*
  3. Priority phone line for service call out - Select to speak to 'service'. If we are busy, leave us a message and we will call you back within 30 minutes guaranteed! You can then book in your job
  4. Priority technical support - When you select to speak to 'technical' you will jump to the front of the queue with direct access to our top tier of technical support
